The primary government resource for MOSA related information is the Office of the Undersecretary for Defense Research & Engineering (OUSD R&E), Systems Engineering & Architecture (SEA) MOSA Website, found here.
There is also a good top level MOSA Page by the Defense Standardization Program, here.
The Defense Acquisition University (DAU) MOSA Web Portal is also a great resource.
Army MOSA
Aviation, Ground, C5ISR, & STRI
The Army host several sources of information about MOSA. For starters, the PEO Aviation MOSA portal is a great resource. Additionally, the Army Ground community host details about their GCIA resources. The C5ISR community has information about VICTORY / HOST. The PEO for Simulation and Training (STRI) has information as well.
Navy MOSA
PMA-209
Navy Aviation (NAVAIR) hosts a website with their avionics Program Manager, PMA-209. Other Navy resources for MOSA will likely come along with the recent Navy MOSA Implementation Guide published in early 2025.
USAF MOSA
OAMO: OMS & WOSA
The USAF Lifecycle Management Center (LCMC) has resources for Air Force programs such as the Digital Transformation Office website and the Open Architecture Management site. This has multiple elements, including adoption of commercial standards and management of Open Mission System (OMS), Government Avionics Reference Architecture (GARA), and Weapons Open Systems Architecture (WOSA).

Component Repositories and Acquisition Resources
There are a number of places where individual components are listed. There is no singular method for conformance to the APPROACH that is mandated by Congress for a program to have a MOSA Strategy. Each of these repositories maintains their own gateway / entrance criteria (e.g. standards conformance or verification) to be listed. Ideally, the concept of a consolidated Marketplace where resources from the broader MOSA supply chain, to include various pedigree information such as verification artifacts or conformance, would be able to list from multiple sources such as these.
